Role and Responsibilities

- Manage all phases of data center construction projects, including planning, execution, and completion.

- Review and interpret architectural and engineering drawings, ensuring compliance with specifications.

- Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource plans

- Coordinate on-site activities and ensure adherence to safety regulations and quality standards.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve design and construction issues promptly.

- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and enforce compliance with local building codes and standards.

- Prepare and present progress to stakeholders, highlighting any challenges and solutions.

- Implement best practices in construction management and sustainability within data center operations.

- Compiles relevant authority's information, i.e. Government submission, Code of Practice, etc.

- All other ad-hoc tasks as assigned by reporting HOD.
