Job Description:

We are currently seeking a highly skilled Resource Planner to join our team in Gavle, Sweden. The Resource Planner will be responsible for coordinating and managing the allocation of resources within the organization to ensure optimal efficiency and productivity.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain resource plans to meet project requirements
• Monitor resource utilization and make recommendations for improvements
• Collaborate with project managers to allocate resources effectively
• Identify and resolve resource conflicts
• Provide regular reports on resource utilization and performance

• Proven experience as a Resource Planner or similar role
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
