JOB DESCRIPTION

A technical procurement specialist supports various business lines to identify, shortlist, select, and acquire suitable goods or services or works from a third-party vendor through a direct purchase while ensuring timely delivery of the right quality and quantity. This role is also expected to maintain and build relationships with the existing suppliers and strategically diversify NOV's supplier base through market research. Having technical aptitude, the technical procurement specialists ensure the conformance of goods and services with engineering specifications during the entire procurement process.
