Key Accountabilities

1. Deliver no harm (People, Asset, Environment and Reputation) Health, Safety, Security and Environment (HSSE) performance in accountable area by embedding safety leadership culture for self, team members and contractor for all maintenance activities. Promote strong behavioral safety interactions culture.
2. Deliver planned and unplanned activities under the respective areas with strong emphasis on work preparation (materials, tools, manpower, work pack and optimisation) within schedule without compromising on safety and quality in order to achieve good reliability and technical integrity performance.
3. Provide a lead role in the maintenance and upkeep of, but not limited to cranes, anomalies, fabric maintenance, pipelines, pressure vessels, building maintenance, aviation facilities and rig jacking systems.
4. Develop strategy, review / approve procedures, procurement of material / fabrication, planning and oversee the execution onboard Dive Support Vessel for subsea repairs.
5. Deliver maintenance activities within budget and actively explore opportunity for value for money, increase in safety, productivity and efficiency.
6. Review installed equipment for any value adding upgrades. Review new equipment proposals to ensure it is fit for purpose.
7. Actively explore improvement opportunities in the form of new technology / method / material for maintenance, plant change, maintenance task improvement and equipment surveillance / monitoring with the aim to enhance safety and integrity, reduce cost, improve reliability and deferment performance.
8. Responsible Person for Helideck / Helideck Facilities Safety Critical Elements Performance Standards.
