Overview
We are seeking a senior geologist with a strong background in petrophysics and geomechanics to join Eastern Area Exploration Department with the focus to look into Contingent hydrocarbon resources and propose solutions to upgrade them into the proved reserves. Duties cover opportunity maturation and integration of engineering and G&G data to set an executable mitigation action plan.
Team members are responsible to evaluate all the contingencies for reserves booking, propose action plan to resolve those contingencies, secure management approvals and performing post-drill analysis.

Minimum Requirements
As the successful candidate, you will hold a bachelor or higher degree in Geology. Twenty years of experience in petrophysical evaluation for clastic and carbonate reservoirs in exploration and development wells. The candidate should have a strong expertise in planning wellbore data acquisition, quality control and interpretation of petrophysical data using industry standard softwares such as Geolog and Techlog in both deterministic and probabilistic analyses. The candidate should have a strong background in reservoir geomechanics focusing on well planning and reservoir stimulation techniques. Experienced in integrated studies utilizing logs, cores, geological, geophysical & production data including RCA and SCAL analysis and saturation height functions. The candidate should be fluent in English with the capability to communicate verbally and in writing with excellent interpersonal and presentation skills.
