> Airswift is looking to hire multiple Principal Process Engineers to join our client and support the most relevant projects in Oil & Gas, petrochemicals, new energies, and others!

Candidate will be leading the process team on (an area of) a multi-office project and take responsibility to successfully deliver a safe and sustainable design and to provide strong direction for the team. They will understand the technical requirements of the project and direct others to apply this into the project.

Preferred Experience:
Candidate has preferably gained the experience in the refinery, petrochemicals and/or energy transition markets. They preferably have experience with multi-office project execution. 
Software: Smartplant PID (SPPID), Aveva engineering, Bluebeam 

Non-negotiables:
  • Candidate has minimum 17 years relevant experience, of which at least 14 years with an engineering company 
  • Candidate has proven experience as a (area) lead engineer

Responsibilities\n\n

  • Utilize technical knowledge and software tools to clearly depict the design that can be easily and correctly interpreted by others \n\t
  • Communicate with Engineers and\/or Lead Designer to ensure design intent is understood to avoid rework \n\t
  • Plan and deliver assigned tasks accurately within the agreed time frame. \n\t
  • Prioritize activities and effectively manage conflicting deadlines ensuring continued progress to meet the schedule. Proactively provide Lead Designer with status updates \n\t
  • Organize documents and deliverables so they are easy to understand and locate \n\t
  • Collaborate with Engineers and other Designers to share information, produce a high quality product, and resolve design conflicts \n\t
  • Escalate unresolved issues to the Lead Designer\/Engineer to minimize delays in deliverables\n\n\n
