Maintenance & Integrity Lead – Angola
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manages the overall activities of the Team
- Responsible to technical disciplines support to the unit
- Ensure that the maintenance plan is updated with the local and international standards, the regulatory requirements, the Management System.
- Monitor the equipment availability and reliability and proposes improvement and recovery plans
- Ensure that the integrity of piping and non-primary structures (and similar equipment) and are maintained to sustain safe operation of the offshore units.
- Provides means for the restoration of the integrity following the report of anomalies
- Ensure overall adherence to the Management System, specifically to the maintenance related processes
MAIN TASKS
- Report activities and escalate issues to Technical Manager & Unit Manager
- Provides guidance and ensure that the maintenance plan of the units are followed with adherence, especially for SECE equipment
- Coordinate projects and reviews of the maintenance plan and related subjects (Performance Standards, RAM analysis, PSV RBI, among others)
- Monitor the maintenance backlog and propose tactics/action plans to control the backlog
- Support and monitor projects related to the development and implementation of the CMMS
- Monitors the proficiency and competency of the onshore and offshore personnel in the use of CMMS and address training plans with the HR as required
- Responsible for the monitoring and implementation of actions related to “Maintenance Alerts”
- Support and follow-up internal and external audits related to Maintenance subjects, as well as the close-out of the consequent actions
- Prepare and manage the budget for the maintenance & integrity activities and liaise with the Operations Managers to ensure that it is captured in the operations plan
- Develop – at tactical level – the execution plan for the integrity programs, including
- Piping and Pressure Vessels inspections
- Drops Survey
- Flexible Hoses
- Fabric Maintenance

- Ensure that anomalies are properly reported in the Integrity software and in the CMMS in accordance with the Management System
- Ensure that the technical specification for the fabrication and repairs of anomalies are developed in alignment with international and corporate standards
- Provide technical support to the team and units in the fabrication and rectification processes to rectify the anomalies reported
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Engineering/technical education
- Minimum of 10 years’ experience in the oil/petrochemical industry, 5 of which must have been in leadership positions
- FPSO experience preferred
