This is to source one Operation’s Evaluator under the Competency Certification Unit to conduct Job Task Standard (JTS) evaluations at the Oil and Gas facilities company-wide as part of the On-Job training (OJT) and Job certification requirement. Evaluators visit the job site to conduct task evaluation, explain discrepancies and suggest training for candidates' deficiencies. Evaluators provide advice on changes in the Tasks as required by the plant operation and maintenance. Moreover, they are responsible for developing online certification and recertification tests for operations as per the job standards and SA operating guidelines.

1. Conduct JTS task evaluations at different oil and gas plants.
2. Maintain all records for task evaluations and ensures that the JTS task evaluation entries are accurate in the system.
3. Discuss with employees’ supervisor the progress of evaluation and any observation.
4. Develop and administer recertification operations tests for different plant areas.  
5. Develop weekly and monthly evaluation and recertification statistical reports for different line organizations.
6. Coordinate and assist line organizations as Subject matter Experts (SME) in certification/ recertification test development process.
7. Coordinate and assist line organizations as Subject matter Experts (SME) in developing task equivalency tables.
8. Assisting line organizations in Job certification requirements.

Bachelor of Science in Engineering

Minimum 5 Years of Experience in Oil/Gas industrial field  

Competent user of MS Office tools (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).

Fluent in English (verbal and written)

Good knowledge about the process instrumentation controls and flow diagrams (P&ID and PFD)
