Responsibilities and Duties

• Assist Trade Compliance team

Audit/reviews for import/exports
Gather and analyze data from multiple sources to validate reports, transactions and invoices Reconciling invoices and resolving discrepancies

Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience with SAP and SAP Reporting (ex: BW, BI). – knowing the composition of products based on information in SAP
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Advanced user in Excel (VLOOKUPS, Pivot tables, formulas, if statements, logic, charts, manipulate data, analyze data and show progress).  Proficiency in Alteryx a plus.
• Proficient  Analytical skills
• Some Project Management skills
• A Bachelor's degree or Trade Compliance Certification strongly desired

• Basic knowledge of export such as INCOterms, export process and regulations a plus.

Desired Skills and Competencies
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and facilitation skills with a focus on results orientation, customer service and change management.
• Requires the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
• Interpersonal skills centered on problem solving are key for this project
