Architectural Technician

Our client is looking for an experienced Architectural Technician to work with them in their London Office. Operating on a hybrid basis, this role offers a 3-6-month initial contract working on a major project in the Aviation sector.



Key responsibilities include:

• Work within a BIM enabled environment
• Support the design team through later stages
• Participate in design and technical review
• Self-motivated and able to work well independently as well with in a strong team

Experience and Qualifications:

• Degree in architecture
• Prior experience working as an Architectural Technician/Technologist
• Proficiency in Revit is essential with a minimum of 5 years' industry experience with Revit use on live projects
• Experience working Aviation projects is preferred but not essential
• Experience coordinating with different disciplines is desirable

This role is to be assessed and may fall outside IR35.
