FABRIC MAINTENANCE ENGINEER

As a Maintenance Engineer you receive, assess, and prioritize feedback on the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS). You maintain and ensure integrity of CMMS and you are the focal point for Operations

ROLE CONTRIBUTION
1. In order to ensure Unit Maintenance Performance and efficiency during the life cycle. YOU ARE TO:
1.1. Support the Maintenance activities of Operations through inputs / data entry
1.2. Continuously improve the Maintenance Management
1.3. Provide historical data to stakeholders
1.4. Provide Audit support to stakeholders
1.5. Provide Operational feedback to stakeholders
1.6. Receive and respond to requests from stakeholders
1.7. Provide KPI reports to the business
The measure of your effectiveness in this will be the : 
 Back log and on time completion of the work orders
 Cost of Maintenance (per vessel) and the Equipment availability
 Number of requests not elevated to the Maintenance Lead level
 Fulfillment of all audit requests and the number of audit findings closed
 Timely and accurate reports (feedback from the users)
2. In order to ensure Integrity and Safety of the Unit YOU ARE TO:
2.1. Deliver CMMS training to stakeholders and ensure CMMS is used per management system –
2.2. Maintain accurate CMMS
2.3. Management of change in the CMMS
2.4. Manage the Maintenance Alert System
The measure of your effectiveness in this will be:
 Number of Audit findings
 Back log of Change Requests
 Number of Maintenance Alerts.
3. In order to availability and sustainability of Maintenance Integrity Systems YOU ARE TO:
3.1. Manage of the Business Objects related to CMMS 
3.2. Maintain in CMMS and EST from
The measure of your effectiveness in this will be:
 The Back log of Maintenance System Issues
 Master’s Engineering Degree with 5 years’ experience within Operational Maintenance in Oil & Gas industry Or
 Higher National Certificate (HNC) in an Engineering related discipline with 8 years’ 
experience within Operational Maintenance in Oil & Gas or Maritime industry
Ability to travel internationally onshore and offshore
Excellent MS Office ability
Good level of English
Experienced advanced user in Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS)
(Maintenance & Materials)
5 years experience as CMMS Administrator (ref to CMMS Engineer only)
Strong database skills (ref to CMMS Engineer only
