HSE Head Fabrication

• Responsible for implementing the Project Health, Safety, Environment & Security (HSES) Plans, and for ensuring the effective implementation of Contractor's HSES Management System at Contractor Fabrication Yard and Brownfield.
• Providing continual communication, coordination and advice to the Project HSES Division Manager on Fabrication Yard/Brownfield HSES issues and the HSES performance of the EPCOL Contractor, Subcontractors and Vendors.

• Minimum of 12 years broad experience in execution of major projects, including at least 8 years involvement in the yard fabrication of offshore production facilities
• Minimum of 8 years experience in a supervisory capacity of health & safety management
• Minimum five years experience working in the Middle East, with prior experience executing projects within the State of Qatar strongly preferred.
