In addition, you:

• Have concluded a bachelor or master's degree in D&I, communications, human resources, cultural/arts/media studies or similar
• Are a specialist on SDG10 and have the knowledge on how to incorporate this in a corporate environment
• Are pragmatic, flexible and not afraid to speak your mind
• Are fluent in English, another language is a plus
• Have excellent MS Office skills, with data analysis and presentation skills a plus
• Are able to communicate on multiple levels in a friendly and professional matter

 

About the Diversity & Inclusion Role

You will work together for 6 months with our client's Employee Communications Manager and have plenty of opportunities to interact with teams in Human Resources, and Sustainability also involved in aspects of our client's employee Diversity & Inclusion program. You'll work on the following activities:

• Actively participate in the global Diversity & Inclusion Ambassadors network
• Prepare and present content and initiatives at monthly Ambassador meetings
• Enhance D&I reporting and provide input for the company's Annual Report
• Participate in meetings with Senior Business Leaders in Communications, HR and Sustainability
• Develop and establish governance for a global employee outreach program for schools, working with HR and Sustainability
• Support deployment of the employee outreach program
• Study and make recommendations for company long-term D&I targets and strategy
