You will work together for 6 months with our client's Employee Communications Manager and have plenty of opportunities to interact with teams in Human Resources, and Sustainability also involved in aspects of our client's employee Diversity & Inclusion program. - Have concluded a bachelor or master's degree in D&I, communications, human resources, cultural/arts/media studies or similar
- Are a specialist on SDG10 and have the knowledge on how to incorporate this in a corporate environment
- Are pragmatic, flexible and not afraid to speak your mind
- Are fluent in English, another language is a plus
- Have excellent MS Office skills, with data analysis and presentation skills a plus
- Are able to communicate on multiple levels in a friendly and professional matter
About the Diversity & Inclusion Role
You will work together for 6 months with our client's Employee Communications Manager and have plenty of opportunities to interact with teams in Human Resources, and Sustainability also involved in aspects of our client's employee Diversity & Inclusion program. You'll work on the following activities:
- Actively participate in the global Diversity & Inclusion Ambassadors network
- Prepare and present content and initiatives at monthly Ambassador meetings
- Enhance D&I reporting and provide input for the company's Annual Report
- Participate in meetings with Senior Business Leaders in Communications, HR and Sustainability
- Develop and establish governance for a global employee outreach program for schools, working with HR and Sustainability
- Support deployment of the employee outreach program
- Study and make recommendations for company long-term D&I targets and strategy
