Airswift (Air Energy Caspian LLP) is currently looking for a Senior Legal Advisor (for KZ passport holders) for one of our large project in Aktau, 5\2. We are looking for candidates with the drive and commitment to make a genuine difference to our performance to ensure that the company continues to differentiate itself from competitors by delivering quality service to our client’s requirements.

Job description:

•    To provide support to company’s different departments in advising on various legal issues;
•    To support compliance team and run legal due diligence in relation to suppliers and business partners;
•    To draft legal documents such as PoA, contracts, policies, procedures and agreements etc.;
•    To provide support in handling state inspections, litigation;
•    To keep up with current changes on all relevant areas of laws and contribute to timely legal alerts on changes relevant to company activities;
•    To provide support to other members of the department in various projects and provide legal opinions;
•    Other corporate functions supportive duties.

Requirements:

•    Experience:  at least 5 years of professional experience as an in-house lawyer in international oil and gas company or service company.
•    Education: Bachelor in Law or International Law/Commercial Law, LLM is preferrable.
•    Experience in drafting contracts, working with international contracts under English law.
•    Experience in litigation support and corporate governance. 
•    Excellent communication skills
•    Critical thinking and problem-solving
•    Stress tolerant, service-oriented attitude
•    At least upper-intermediate level of English.
