HSE Advisor by Air Swift

> Airswift is looking for HSE Advisors to work with a major Oil and Gas company on a 14-month assignment with a major Oil & Gas company.
Responsibilities include:

Monitoring Contractors (KOS, Gate, GIS, Ace, Stallion, etc.) and subcontractor’s compliance with the HSSE Program
Be highly visible in the worksite regularly engaging and coaching new individuals (in-field coaching on fall protection, DROPs prevention, barricading, etc.)
Being proactive and monitoring the use of safety equipment, personnel protection equipment and practices in the construction and Commissioning work areas
Working with the KOS and Gate safety representatives to achieve continuous improvement in safety practices, training and procedures
Fostering the Make Ready Site Induction, Safety briefings, Permit to Work meetings and Job Safety Analysis
Support contractor SSE management (ensure SSEs are working with mentors, crews are appropriate compliment per company policy / contract, etc.)
Training the Make Ready Site Team in appropriate ways of recognizing unsafe work and intervening
Participant in incident investigations related to safety
Collating and presenting HSSE statistics, Key Performance Indicators
Performing HSSE audits
Interfacing/ coordinate with other Make Ready Site Team groups

Required skills:

Knowledgeable of IOGP-577
Knowledgeable of Shell CSSS
Ability to be flexible on work schedule, i.e. days / nights / holidays
