Maintenance Planner IV by Air Swift

> Our client, a major Oil and Gas company, is looking for a Maintenance Planner IV to work on a 12-months contract in Lake Charles, LA.

Responsibilities:

Plan all turnaround mechanical work and support craft work
Works with Planner in developing schedule, cost estimates and equipment planning for routine work to be accomplished during the Turnaround window
Develop a complete job plan with materials, resources and timeline
Provide input into material of construction selection and management

Requirements:

10+ years of related experience
Turnaround planning experience and knowledge to plan work without extensive assistance
Good understanding of safety, health, and environmental requirements (SHE)
Proficient in Microsoft Office suite of software programs
Proficient in selected scheduling and planning software
Good verbal and written communication skills; ability to clearly and concisely convey recommendations to management
Ability to adapt to tight deadlines, heavy workloads, and frequent changes in priorities
