This facility will revolutionize our industry and redefine the way products are manufactured. Brunel is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Expert to join our client’s dynamic team.

As a Clean and Dry Room Expert, you will play a crucial role in ensuring technical compliance and quality in the design, procurement, and execution of clean and dry rooms within this giga factory construction project. You will work closely with the clean and dry room project manager and partners to review proposed designs, provide feedback, and ensure compliance with appropriate standards. Your expertise will contribute to the achievement of technical excellence while maximizing cost savings.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the clean and dry room project manager and partners to ensure technical compliance with appropriate standards throughout the design, procurement, and execution phases of clean and dry rooms.
• Review proposed designs from suppliers and contractors, evaluating them for technical quality and compliance with project requirements.
• Provide feedback and guidance to suppliers and contractors to ensure that technical quality requirements are met while optimizing cost savings wherever possible.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including architects, engineers, and equipment suppliers, to ensure seamless integration of clean and dry room systems into the overall factory design.
• Conduct technical evaluations of equipment, materials, and systems proposed for clean and dry rooms, ensuring they meet project specifications and performance criteria.
• Monitor the construction and installation processes of clean and dry rooms to ensure adherence to technical standards, industry regulations, and project requirements.
• Participate in design and technical reviews, offering insights and recommendations to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of clean and dry room systems.
• Collaborate closely with procurement teams to optimize supplier selection, negotiate contracts, and identify potential cost-saving opportunities.
• Keep abreast of industry standards, technological advancements, and best practices related to clean and dry room design, construction, and operation.
• Contribute to the development and implementation of quality control processes and procedures for clean and dry rooms.

What you need to bring:

Requirements

• Bachelor's or master’s degree in engineering, Cleanroom Technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience in the design, procurement, and execution of clean and dry rooms within large-scale construction projects, preferably within industrial or manufacturing sectors.
• Strong knowledge of cleanroom standards, regulations, and best practices, such as ISO 14644, IEST, or equivalent.
• Experience in reviewing designs and providing technical feedback to suppliers and contractors to ensure compliance with technical quality requirements.
• Familiarity with clean and dry room equipment, systems, and materials, including HVAC systems, air filtration, humidity control, and contamination control measures.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to evaluate technical proposals and identify opportunities for cost savings without compromising quality.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Detail-oriented approach, ensuring compliance with technical standards and project requirements.
• Knowledge of construction project management principles and practices.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing project requirements and priorities.
