Position: Asset Integrity Director

Petroplan is looking to recruit for an experienced Asset Integrity Director to join a Houston based business.
In this position, you will act as the focal point for all Asset integrity activity. You will be involved with ensuring that all activities are planned, scheduled and executed to achieve the agreed requirements in a safe and efficient manner. Key challenges will include:
- Provide mentorship, coaching and leadership to the multidiscipline team across the Americas Region.
- Work closely with the Business Development & Sales team across the Americas region to establish strategies, targets and execution plans
- Measure operational, project and sales performance through established KPI's on a monthly basis
- Regular business performance reporting, providing key information to monthly business reviews and specific board meetings
Experienced Required
- Shall possess higher education specific to Fabrication & NDT
- Where appropriate a qualified member of a recognised professional body.
- Shall possess sufficient relevant previous working experience to demonstrate comprehensive understanding of the relevant specialist requirements, knowledge and application.
- Able to lead by example in delivering excellent client service, and instil the same values within the team.
- Must have a minimum of 25 year experience in Asset Integrity and Inspection.
Suitable candidates will be a driven, autonomous, self-motivated safety professional who is passionate and hungry to succeed.
