RESPONSABILITIES

•           Delivery of projects designated to them by following the Project management principles –  (Not limited to) Developing Method statements, Budgeting, Schedule & Monitoring, Risk management & Stakeholder management.

•           Implementation of MOC’s and Changes to the Technical Standards requiring changes offshore.

MAIN TASKS

•           Provide readiness & status reports for the projects under their responsibility to all stakeholders.

•           Develop the job method statements defining the execution process for individual projects.

•           Develop Schedules for individual projects.

•           Identify materials requirements for individual projects.

•           Liaise with Procurement & Logistics department to ensure timely delivery of materials for execution of the projects.

•           Responsible for generating weekly reports for all projects under their responsibility.

•           Maintain the budgets for individual projects and identify the budget requirement for future projects to contribute to the overall budget of the Unit.

•           Coordinate with the MOC coordinators/Fleet support teams to identify the projects under their responsibility and execute them accordingly.

•           Comply with all company Safety, Ethics, compliance & HSEQ rules and requirement for execution of projects.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

-           B.Sc. in Engineering (Mechanical or Chemical preferred)

-           >5 years of experience in operations/construction activities in the offshore Oil & Gas industry.

-           Knowledge of Project Management Principles and Scheduling software (Preferably Primavera).

-           Logical reasoning capabilities required.

-           Understanding of the basic functioning of FPSO’s (Marine, Production, Maintenance & Safety).

-           Experience with Isometrics & PID’s a must.

-           Experience in fabrication preferred.

-           Fluent in English
