Airswift is working with a leading Oil and Gas company to find a US Retirement Specialist to join their team in a 18-month contract in Houston, TX with benefits and PTO/Paid holidays (Hybrid)

Looking for a US benefits person with 5-7 years of experience specifically in US retirement plans.
 

• Experience with qualified and non-qualified retirement plans
• Experience with external audits and internal audits
• Manage the retirement plan administration and reporting
• Open enrollment experience
• Run fiduciary committee meetings
• Backup / support health & wellness specialist as needed
• Assist employee's with questions and manage financial wellness initiatives 
• Collaborate with the other HR operations functions, such as reward and recruitment
