Petroplan is seeking a Director of Planning and Scheduling on behalf of an industry-leader within the LNG space across the US.

This position will collaborate with Company leadership and project management to develop and maintain project execution plans and schedules while also providing leadership and oversight of planning & scheduling professionals assigned to the LNG project.

This position will be based at our clients Houston office and report to the Vice President, Planning & Scheduling.

Education & Experience:

• Bachelor's degree
• 18 years of relevant planning & scheduling experience in major Oil & Gas engineering and construction projects
• Proficiency in Primavera P6

Responsibilities:

• Development and maintenance of planning & scheduling processes and procedures
• Contribute to reviews of Contractor execution plans & schedules
• Provide oversight and leadership to internal Planning & Scheduling team
• Development and maintenance of internal company plans & schedules
• Set up and maintain reporting and dashboard templates for consistent communication
• Establish Acumen Fuse diagnostic tools, templates and standards
• Develop and maintain graphical summary depictions of execution plan
• Development and maintenance of earned value management processes and procedures

Job Qualifications

• Proficient in Deltek Acumen Fuse software, and iConstruct
• Strong Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Visio skills
• Experience with Power BI, SQL or similar relational database management systems preferred
• Excellent interpersonal and communications skills, with strong critical thinking and attention to detail
