My client is currently seeking a Piping Engineer for a contract assignment in Torrance, CA. This has the high possibilty to turn direct!

• Review and personally survey tank farm piping's temporary repairs
• Perform analysis which of these temporary repairs can be modified and what work is required, to make it a permanent repair (i.e., meet API 570)
• Provide an all-inclusive engineering packages (so it can be turned over to execution)
• Provide schedule-time line and cost

15 years of refinery expereince required, as well as a Mechanical Engineering PE.
