Modification of an existing plant to stop flaring
NES Fircroft are delighted to be partnering with a with a major EPCI contractor specialised in Marine & Offshore works who are looking for a Piping Stress Engineer to work on one of their key LNG projects based in Paris.
The position will operate on a contract basis for an initial 3 month renewable with excellent potential to extend beyond as project work scopes develops. The schedule will be Mon Fri. In return the individual will be provided with an excellent day rate.

- will work under the supervision of the Piping Lead Engineer
- will be in charge of Piping stress planning and progress follow-up
- will define the Piping stress design basis with Lead Engineer
- will be responsible for the whole piping stress studies of the project
- will coordinate the piping routing with 3D Modelling team
- must be autonomous as no additional manpower in the project team
Requirements:
- Experience in O&G projects:5 years minimum Experience in similar job
- English written mandatory
- Standards: Applicable regulations, codes of practice, international standards and TOTAL GS
- Software: CAESAR II strong knowledge mandatory
