Job Role :

Main missions:

(Ex: Ensure, Provide, Coordinate, Supervise, Maintain, Analyse, Liaise with, Check, Promote, Monitor …)

- Manage functionally the work performed by the piping teams in the Regions

- Manage maintenance on-board FPSOs for Pressure systems (Piping, PV, hoses and tubing)

- Develop and maintain KPIs related to Pressure systems

- Be SME for GEMS Piping Management System covering the Pressure systems integrity activities on the SBM fleet

- Manage Subcontractors, including Frame Agreements negotiations

- Maintain the Roadmaps and the 3YP for the improvement of Piping related activities, including new SW and Technologies

- Prepare Operations yearly budget and identify the integrity scope of works to be carried out for each FPSO

- Support OPS proposal team for CAPEX and OPEX budgets for new Units

1. Job requirements

School/studies/degree:

- Degree qualification in Mechanical Engineering Discipline or equivalent

Experience:

- Minimum 15 years’ experience in the field of piping and pressure vessels management and maintenance onboard offshore production facilities.

- Extensive Knowledge of pipe construction and piping repair techniques

- Extensive Knowledge of RBI methodology and standards

- Knowledge of piping design and topsides operations a plus.

Specific skills / expertise / product:

- Knowledge of PCMS and CMMS software a plus
