Team: Supplier Invoice Control Team

Context
We are looking for a transition expert to support an operational team of around 10 people in the processing of more than 170,000 supplier flows per year in the SAP tool. Numerous interactions with the various functions within the business and with the project teams.

Main tasks
  1. Guarantee the accounting of supplier flows in compliance with accounting, legal and tax rules
  2. Coordinate and oversee activity by managing operational priorities
  3. Supporting employees’ development (team management)
  4. Contribute to business projects, participate in internal continuous improvement processes
  5. Manage the implementation of business support actions as part of the workflow processing
  6. Cooperate in running the P2P sector with internal customers

Deliverables
  • Monthly production of an activity report and KPIs
  • Monitoring the progress of projects
  • Follow-up of support actions to be deployed in the business

Technical requirements
  • Proven managerial expertise
  • Expertise regarding standards and tax regulations related to the P2P process (Procure To pay)
  • Expertise in the SAP FI module
  • Analysis and synthesis skills, ability to decide and be proactive
  • Ability to work in project mode
  • Excellent communication 
  • Fluent French + Professional English

\nSenior Project Controls Scheduler

\nAirswift is seeking a seeking a Senior Project Controls Scheduler to join our client in St. Petersburg, FL an initial three-year contract basis. This position will have a hybrid schedule (2-3 days\/week in office).
\n
\nThis is the expert level of the Project Controls classification hierarchy. Workers at this level lead the development of the reporting systems for project controls assignments. They perform complex aspects of individual scheduling, change documentation and cost control while reporting up to program or portfolio level as well as trains and teaches other members of PC organization with minimal oversight and wide latitude for unreviewed work. They are also expected to have advanced skills using primavera (p6) and can work independently. This position typically is assigned to high volume of White projects and above classified per the Project Management Center of Excellence Project Profile Matrix which typically range from $100M to greater than $500M with a high level of complexity. Must have experience leading schedule review meetings and work with the project team to obtain information to build \/ update the project schedule.
