Rail Engineering Manager by Air Swift

> Our client is looking to engage a Rail Engineering Manager to lead a team in their Perth office, on offer is an initial 12 month contract.
The Role:
In this role, you will lead a multidisciplinary engineering team focused on brownfields deliverables. Our client has been engaged for multiple projects to design rail network expansions for new mine developments. The scopes of work range from upgrades to existing infrastructure as well as some greenfield work for ore transport option analysis.

Driving design innovation, value engineering and best practice across projects teams and the broader business
Ensure all engineering project work complies with statutory and regulatory requirements and company policies and practices
Contribute to technical advisory for multidisciplinary project tender bids and submissions as required
Build and grow external partnerships and keep strong client-facing presence in the market

About you:

Bachelor of Engineering degree (4-year duration) accredited by Engineers Australia
Experience working through all key stages of the project lifecycle - from PFS, to DPS, through to execution
A minimum of 10 years experience in a similar engineering project delivery environment
Familiarisation with rail operations and standards, specifically within the Pilbara region
Demonstrated background in leading cross-functional teams and executing complex mining and rail infrastructure projects
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines
