Commissioning Lead Engineer

12 Months Contract

Surrey 3 days per week, 2 days working from home option

IR35 Outside

Our Client has a requirement for a Commissioning Lead Engineer who will be required to work on a 12 months contract basis in Surrey.

Role Purpose for commissioning lead:

I am currently recruiting on behalf of my client who are advanced technological and engineering platform for the design, construction and operation of safe and sustainable complex infrastructure and plants.
They are currently looking for a Commissioning Lead Engineer to join the team on an exciting Floating Wind project.

Job Role Responsibilities:

- Degree qualified commissioning lead engineer with experience in pre-commissioning, commissioning, start-up, training and operations requirements of an offshore project.
- Capable of reading and interpreting technical project documents, identify possible issues and promptly take corrective actions.
- Capable of performing inspectability and maintainability analysis, asset data gathering, build asset register incl. spares and perform risk and reliability analysis to support maintenance plans.

Experience / Skills / Knowledge / Qualifications:

Software:
- Knowledge of Maritime Laws and regulations and main corrosion control methodologies.
- Knowledge of applicable codes and standards, including, DNV, NACE, API, ISO, NORSOK.
