Someone that come straight in and be on their own machining. Not a lot of supervision, after understanding machine.

Heavy experience on lathe (Mazak). Some exp on Mill (preferably HAAS). 

Day shift - lately Mon- Fri - 45 to 60 hours a week, 5am to 5:30pm
 
Big Plus if you have Composite Fiber Glass machining experience 

Experience with soft steels or aluminium's
