Are you an experienced structural engineer with a passion for leading complex design projects in the energy sector? We invite you to join our team as a Lead FEA Structural Engineer for an exciting Floating Wind project.

Key Responsibilities:

• Structural Analysis: Utilize your expertise in FEA software, including ABAQUS, ANSYS, and SACS, to perform in-depth structural analysis, with a strong focus on statics, dynamics, and fatigue.
• Technical Solutions: Develop innovative technical solutions to meet the demanding design requirements of our projects, ensuring safety and sustainability.
• Leadership: Lead the structural design activities in alignment with project requirements, guiding and verifying the work of the structural analysis team.
• Code and Standards: Apply your knowledge of industry codes and standards, including DNV and AISC, to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and safety standards.

Qualifications:

• Educational Background: Degree in structural engineering or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum of 10 years of structural design experience, including at least 5 years in a leadership role.
• FEA Expertise: Proficiency in FEA software (ABAQUS, ANSYS, SACS) and the ability to perform structural analysis and validate designs.
• Leadership Skills: Strong leadership skills to effectively manage and lead a team in complex engineering projects.
• Code Knowledge: Familiarity with industry codes and standards (DNV, AISC) to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Problem-Solving Skills: Strong problem-solving abilities to develop and implement technical solutions.
