*Title – Mechanical Engineer*

*Location – Boston, MA (Onsite)*

*Duration: Fulltime or Contract*

*Primary skills :*

• Extensive experience in Machine design/Product design/Jig & fixture

• Experience in NX/UG software & AutoCAD

*Secondary skills :*

• Should have worked as a Mechanical Engineer

• Ability to prepare and understand PFD & P&IDs

• Understand basic Process / Mechanical engineering fundamentals like fluid mechanics & Piping design.

• Should be able to identify the sequence of activities involved for execution of a project scope and should have the ability to drive the team members for completion of the activities.

• Should be able to specify pump, instruments, heat exchanger, tank and other equipment independently

• Conversant with MS office application is must and knowledge on AutoCAD would be a plus.

• Review of Layout, ISO , BOM , Design basis , Engineering Information , Specification sheet , Technical Recommendation.

*Skill set requirement in Machine Design*

• Strong Fundamental knowledge in machine design and SPM /Customized application.

• Strong Fundamental knowledge of Assembly, testing, packing automation for industrial product.

• Hands on experience in Concept Preparation, Detailed engineering, 3D & 2D release, Fixture design, Robotics automation & pick n place solution.

• Design & Develop Proof of concept (PoC) of Design development & feasibility assessment for best cost case.

• Experience cost estimation and supplier quote comparison with respect to BOM & other component (Design Effort, Contingency, Project management Etc.)

• Able to understand the Machine integration requirement.

• Experience in Product Design

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Salary: $90,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
