OES System Completion Supervisor

Job Purpose      

Supervise and ensure implementation of the System Completion (SC) requirements by the stakeholders in line with the company procedure for NFPS EPCOL Project under PMT/OES umbrella.

Key Accountabilities

• Validate the SC documents, on behalf of the OES organization, which are generated at the project onshore fabrication yard in Indonesia prior to facility sail away and installation in Qatar on behalf of the OES organization.

• Coordinate and ensure alignment amongst project site specific SC procedure provided by PMT and OES Handover procedure in terms of milestones, schedule and deliverables.

• Coordinate all OES disciplines technicians for system completion walk-downs and ensure all discipline site specific system completion requirement and Operational requirements are satisfied.

• Coordinate Vendor and OES engagement in Indonesia fabrication yard to ensure necessary operator/Technicians trainings are completed as per plan by PMT.

• Coordinate the availability of OES resources to participate and verify project SC activities at site such as;

• ITR-B and ITR-C validation

• MCC, RFCC and initial PSSR walkdowns and certificate validation.

• Punch list generation and close-out.

• Dossier review and approval.

• System PSSR walkdowns, MCC, and RFCC certificate validation.

• Ensures high quality punch description submission to projects and review their timely close-out and verification at site and report to OES HOSU.

• Ensure timely review and approval of site punch items and SC activities.

• Provide input to OES’ weekly and monthly reports in relation with the SC status and deliverables.
