ROLE PURPOSE

The After Sales Project Engineer leads the implementation and timety completion of specific tasks, in accordance with both the contractual and SBM Offshore requirements.

ROLE CONTRIBUTION

•  Manage Execution of AFS projects (SE, SP, PS);
• Ensure proper Issuance of all technical appraisal to the commercial team;
• Promote relation with sales and clients;
• Ensure implementation of optimized initiatives.
• Develop annual operations plan.
• Report Weekly/ Monthly to the management team.
• Coach/ mentor employees, provide input for development action plans and engage in effective retention efforts.
• Develop and maintain internal procedures and processes. 

REQUIREMENTS

• Engineering Degree.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in this function.
• Experience in Oil & Gas, preferable in FPSO and Drilling companies.
• Proven EPC experience
• Fluent in English.
