> Key Tasks and Responsibilities:

• Lead in monthly SE&A Executive S&OP forums working closely with Integrated Planning team and various stakeholders to drive towards meeting company financial objectives.
• Ensures Monthly Consensus forecast from individual account S&OP process is uploaded into SAP before dateline.
• Generate insights out of forecast, running actuals to forward forecasting analytics to understand the data, trend, seasonality, cycle etc. to improve the existing forecasting. Sense-check statistical forecasts and highlight any unexpected trends or projections. 
• Development and drive action plans to improve forecast accuracy and build sustainable demand planning capability.
• Work with relevant team to reconcile supply capability to demand plan to mitigate shortfalls and excess stock situations for new wins, production related shortages or un-forecasted demand spikes.
• Monitor Demand planning KPI and perform root cause analysis. Drive efficiency in inventory management Monitor and drive towards meeting Supply Chain KPI (OTD, Forecast Accuracy, Efficient Inventory, etc), collaborating with cross functional teams.
• Lead and develop a team, coach, and make decisions related to talent management, hiring, performance management.
• Lead/Partner with APAC planning teams to drive towards systems/ business process optimization and cost savings projects.
• Continuously working to refine Demand systems and methods to continually improve forecasts to better anticipate E2E Supply Chain impact through understanding Demand-Supply head/tailwinds.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree or above with 8-10 years' experience in related fields with minimum 2 years of supervisory experience
• Flavor and/or FMCG or related industry is a plus.
• High level of proficiency in Microsoft Office, SAP, experience with BI Tools (MicroStrategy, Tableau) or software related to Demand Planning is highly preferred.
• Experience in forecasting, complex demand planning, market analytics and scenario planning
• Strong analytical skills with proven demand planning, S&OP management track record
• Good communication and collaboration skills. Ability to partner with, and influence others without direct authority, build consensus.
• Good change management skills to identify and streamline existing demand planning processes and multi-tasking capabilities.
