5774 Project Organization Estimating and Benchmarking Advisor by Air Swift

Responsible for the development of estimates in compliance with Company policies, procedures, philosophies, and strategies
Develops, documents, and communicates estimates to Project Organization Functional and Delivery teams.
- Develop: works with project teams to obtain all necessary information to support the estimate, including the scope of impact of the change driving the estimate
- Document: carefully documents and records performed work to ensure traceability and alignment with critical processes (to include trending, Cost and Project Management of Change)
- Communicate: ensures that the estimate when complete is properly communicated to affected parties
Actively records and adds to the Company estimating database (productivity rates, manhour metrics, factors etc.)
Monitors, reports, and actively participates in project cost savings/avoidance assessments and achievements.
Provides analysis and input to the Project Organization Functional and Delivery teams to assist in the development and implementation of mitigation plans where necessary.
Prepares reports, or actively assists with the development of reports as needed for the estimating team to communicate effectively and clearly.
Development, revision and implementation of estimating procedures and processes as needed.
Develops benchmarking framework and database to enable improvement in performance

Job requirements:

Higher Education (preferably technical)
Relevant work experience - not less than 5 years
Kazakh, Russian, English (upper-intermediate)
Computer software (e.g., MS Word, basic scheduling applications such as MS Project)
Strong Excel skill set and estimating software (Aspen In-plant Cost Estimator, Richardsons, Page and Nations)
