RESPONSIBILITIES & MAIN TASKS

The Learning Specialist is responsible for implementing the learning strategy through actionable learning plan and processes to ensure employees receive the necessary learning and development opportunities to perform their roles effectively and contribute to the success of the company.

• You are responsible for implementing company-specific training programs.in line with the Business needs,
• You are responsible for communicating with internal and external stakeholders and guiding the learning community to effectively implement the established learning strategy.
• You are responsible to ensure that the training offered enhances employee performance by frequently reviewing training program and activities deployed.
• You will ensure the quality of data in learning reports by monitoring and recording all SBMO learning activities only through the LMS.
• You are responsible for following industry training trends and best practices and provide new ideas and trends with the learning team, in line with Company's needs and planning.
• Providing full-cycle support in all aspects of learning management at SBM Offshore as directed by Group Learning Manager 

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Specific skills / expertise / product: 

• 5-7 years of proven experience in developing and implementing learning solutions in a large organization
• Solid knowledge of instructional design theory and learning principles
• Proven ability to master the full learning management cycle.
• Centricity to work with learning management software (LMS)
• Familiarity with traditional and modern training methods, tools and techniques
• Familiarity with talent management and succession planning (desirable)
• Sound decision making and organizational skills.
• Ability to present complex information to a variety of audiences.
• Expert in MS Office, Knowledge of Power BI ( highly advantageous)
