To strengthen our team, Aker Solutions is looking for a Senior Electrical Engineer - Mechanical Packages who can help us succeed. 
 
What will you be doing?  
 
You will be working as a Senior Electrical Engineer - Mechanical Packages together with other colleagues for the Hugin A project, your responsibility includes but not limited to the following:
 

• Be part of the mechanical package group in the electrical discipline in a greenfield oil & gas project.
• Responsible for verification, design review and vendor follow-up on larger electrical multi-discipline packages
• Review of technical documentation
• Coordination towards the electrical system group, area design group and other disciplines
• Attending vendor review meetings, factory acceptance tests and interface towards construction yard main packages and equipment within responsibility
• 1st and 2nd stage compressor skids
• Gas lift and Re-compressor Skids
• High voltage transformers
• High voltage VSDs

We think you should have some of the following: 

 

• 5 years of work experience in oil and gas industries.
• Experience with follow up of electrical / mechanical packages and or electrical system engineering.
• Familiar with NORSOK standards.
• Experience in COMOS will be an advantage.
• Minimum Bachelor's degree in electrical power engineering.
• Software skills: Comos, PIMS
• English oral and written
