Job Description:

The ideal candidate:

• 15 years minimum experience in heavy industrial structural design and layout
• Work with the engineering staff in the preparation of concrete and steel design documents
• Take engineering sketches to full development of plans, sections and details as required for the completion of construction documents
• Experience in the development of 3D models of concrete and steel structures in Bentley 3D, AutoCad ProStructure or CaddWorxx software packages
• Experience in AutoCad Plant 3D Advance Steel is most desirable and will be considered a plus

The candidate will participate on a design team on a large heavy industrial/mining project.  The candidate will be expected to perform the following tasks:

• Create full concrete and steel construction documents
• Coordinate structural drawings with other disciplines for compliance, alignment and correctness
