Senior Piping Designer - 6 month contract - Surrey - Outside IR35

Scope of Services:

Services to be supported during the duration of the contract are detailed below.  A requirement to undertake additional services shall be mutually agreed by way of contract amendment:

• Prepare robust piping and layout design solutions for Concept, FEED and EPC projects.
• Attend Site Visit if required

Prepare project Technical documents including:

• Plot Plans, Equipment Layouts, Key Plans, Piping Arrangement Drawings and Isometrics, Tie-in Schedules, Tie-in Sketches, Piping and Valve MTOs, 3D Models
• Self-checking of deliverables prior to issue
• Participate in multi-discipline project 3D Model Reviews
• Ensure compliance with client QMS Quality procedures

Deliverables:

Services should be provided, within the agreed schedule, to produce the following deliverables.  Where required as part of project specific works, specific clients and durations will be called off as part of the purchase order.  Project specific supporting documentation will be provided to contractor to enable completion of deliverables. Key deliverables to include:

• Plot Plans
• Equipment Layouts
• Key Plans
• Piping Arrangement Drawings
• Isometrics
• Tie-in Schedules
• Tie-in Sketches
• Piping and Valve MTOs
• 3D Models

Documents will be checked for quality, completeness and accuracy to ensure they meet both client quality and acceptance criteria and the end client's requirements.  Correction and resubmission of deliverables will be required where this is not the case.
