Quality Inspector CMM Operator
Work hours: 7:00 - 3:30
Workdays: Mon - Fri
Advanced knowledge of testing and manufacturing techniques and processes.
Solid product knowledge.
Proficient in the interpretation of Engineering drawing and customer requirements and specifications.
Advanced skills in testing, inspection and examination techniques and result interpretation
Responsibilities:
As a Quality Inspector, you will be responsible for:
Adhering the Quality Inspection Program for the site.
Being able to use and program a CMM to measure products.
Creating inspection reports for Internal customers.
Inspecting parts/products to confirm measurement and testing requirements are adhered too.
Inspecting and gathering product documentation and material heat reports as required.
Working with MRB team to address non-Conforming products and identify Corrective and Preventive actions to prevent reoccurrences.
Working with Incoming, In-process and final inspection areas as needed to satisfy the customer requirements.
Working closely with documentation team to provide Inspection Reports for products to satisfy the customer requirements.
To be successful in this role you will:
Have 3+ years' experience working in quality inspection with the CMM.
Have a diploma in mechanical or relevant technical education. GED with 3-5 years' experience.
Have experience with control, safety, and safety relief valves.
Have extensive SAP-ERP Quality Control experience.
Be able to program and operate CMM.
