Qualifications:

• 5+ years of turbo-machinery experience with rotating and reciprocating equipment
• The ability to work with close tolerance equipment while coordinating with all departments to keep the flow of work in proper direction
• Excels in documentation, damage analysis of rotating and reciprocating equipment.
• Define root cause of failures and the repair process to bring the equipment back to or exceed OEM requirements.
• Must possess a strong organized work ethic which is required to work with all involved with repair process from start to completion.
• Working knowledge of field service and/or machine shop practices

Important Skills:

• SAP experience is a Plus
• The ability to communicate Turbo-Machinery Knowledge clearly
• PM background is a Plus
• CAT, ARIEL or CUMMINS exp is huge Plus
