Position: Revenue Accounting Manager
Job type: Permanent, direct-hire
Location: Denver, CO (Hybrid)
Petroplan is currently working with a growth oriented upstream Oil and Gas business in Denver who need a Revenue Accounting Manager.
Some key responsibilities of the role will include, but not limited to:
- Monthly revenue processes and reporting
- Review revenue and apply severance taxes related to operated and non-operated revenue and prepare related accruals and cash entries
- Oversee and review record volumes, dollars, deductions, and severance taxes of revenue receipts for Texas assets
- Tax and regulatory reporting and filings for Texas
- Provide training and mentorship to staff
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- 8 years of upstream oil & gas revenue accounting experience
- Supervisory experience required
- BOLO software a plus
