As project manager, manage all the contractual issues, ensure the progress, provide internal and external reporting, closely cooperate with specialists and lead engineers, manage technical matters, ensure full client satisfaction and project financial performance.

Key duties and responsibilities:

• Ability to deliver project and service contracts
• Ability to manage teams at various location
• Ability to identify and manage risk and mitigations
• Ability in planning engineering activities and performing the follow-up.
• Ability in managing invoicing/payment and delivering cost/financial reports

Main Role:

• Ensure and follow the proper application of QHSE rules
• Identify technical and financial risks and mitigations
• Responsible from project start-up to project close out
• Manage and motivate the O&M development project staff
• Strictly follow the engineering scope of works and raise any additional works that will lead to change order
• Provide regular reports to client and to management
• Act as SPIE OGS representative for the customer
• Ensure the project cost control
• Maintain or improve the project margin
• Prepare and follow the S-Curve
• Ensure project quality assurance
• Manage all the project resources
• Anticipate any project requirements or needs
• Prepare all the project deliverables

Knowledge:

• Shall have significant experience in project or service contract management for a petrochemical site
• Shall have significant experience in Operation and Maintenance for petrochemical sites
• Shall have experiences in writing and submit project deliverable
• Shall have good experience and familiar with O&M development activities
• Shall have good overview of Oil & Gas industry field including operational, processes etc.
• Shall have strong understanding on HSE, QA/QC and professional ethics.
