• 10 years of experience in Refinery Operations with 8 years in a Senior Supervisory role. • High degree of skills in oral and written English • Good management and motivational skills. • Good communication skills. • Quick troubleshooting skills, decisiveness, sharp analytical and computer skills. • Ability to interact and coordinate effectively with other departments in a professional manner. • Strong leadership skills. • Intensive knowledge of field activities, • Should possess organizing abilities, presentation techniques

Education

Degree in Chemical Engineering or Equivalent Education.
