QA / QC Quality Lead (Topsides) - Greenfield Project

Great opportunity to work for a mid-sized international E&P Company as a Quality Lead, on a flagship international mega offshore gas project.

The Role:
* Leading QA/QC activities during engineering, procurement, construction, and offshore installation and commissioning.
* Collaborating closely with EPC Contractors, subcontractors, and vendors to uphold quality standards.
* Identifying and mitigating quality risks throughout project execution.
* Monitoring and auditing EPC contractors' engineering activities and deliverables.
* Coordinating with the Electrical Discipline Lead of our ATEX specialist ISP contractor to meet ATEX requirements.
* Managing inspection reports, non-conformance issues, audit findings, and quality observations.

Required Experience:
* Degree qualified in Electrical, Instrumentation, or Mechanical disciplines.
* Strong preference would be candidates with an E+I background and previous experience working in construction/fabrication yards on mega offshore projects.
* IRCA training as an auditor with experience in auditing EPC contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers.
* A Lead Auditor qualification from a recognized industry body (preferred).
* A minimum of 10 years of relevant professional experience, preferably on major greenfield projects.
* Proficiency in root cause analysis techniques and the implementation of a risk-based quality program.
