We have a current opportunity for a Procurement and Package Delivery Manager on a contract basis. The position will be based in Dubai.

The Procurement and Package Delivery Manager primary roles and responsibilities include Planning and scheduling the delivery process, including defining equipment's scope, milestones, and timelines. Managing the budget and resources of the delivery, including allocating tasks to team members, and ensuring that the equipment delivery timeline stays on track to meet overall project objectives.

The Procurement and Package Delivery managers primary roles and responsibilities include:
* Planning and scheduling the delivery process, including defining equipment's scope, milestones, and timelines.
* Managing the budget and resources of the delivery, including allocating tasks to team members, and ensuring that the equipment stays on track.
* Identifying and managing risks to the delivery, including developing contingency plans to mitigate potential issues.
* Communicating with stakeholders, including team members, and other stakeholders, to ensure that everyone is informed about the progress of the delivery. * Tracking progress and adjusting as needed to keep the delivery on track.
* Providing guidance and mentorship to team members to ensure that they have the skills and support they need to complete their tasks.

In this position, the main missions for the technical part:
* Ensure that the equipment's Data Sheets is approved or has reached the minimum of maturity to launch the CFT.
* Interface and solve technical issues between Engineering Contractor, Vendors and Company,
* Solution oriented to expedite the delivery of equipment.
* Ensure that all technical and contractual points are closed allowing the PO placement
* Responsible of all Internal and External governance in relation with equipment's Purchase order placement
* Ensure that COMPANY Procurement process and Engineering Procurement process are matching allowing the Purchase order placement
* Responsible form Cradle to the grave of all project equipment: from the design definition, CFT, RTA, PO placement, Fabrication, FAT, Transport, Installation on site and Start-up In this position, the main missions for the procurement part:
* Lead and manage the Procurement activities to execute successfully the project in line with the planning legal requirements and according to proper specifications, high quality, on time, within budget.
* Support and enforce project guidelines and HSE objectives for all the equipment to be purchased by COMPANY.
* Responsible for each item from cradle to the grave which means from material/equipment definition, CFT, award, governance, fabrication, expediting, transport, customs till delivery on site and its installation/integration
* Participate to the Job Safety Analysis, make suggestions, stop dangerous situations, and report anomalies and dangerous acts.

Qualification & Experience

We are looking for an experienced Procurement and Package Delivery Manager in onshore Greenfield and brownfield project.

Bachelor's degree in engineering or construction field with a good experience of Procurement process. 15 years of experience in the oil industry, with significant experience as Delivery Manager Management skills.

Previous experience as Delivery Manager With strong organisational and leadership, you are well known for your negotiation and communication competences. You have proven knowledge of Change Management.
Your skills in communication, team leading & and motivation have been appreciated in previous positions.
Good working knowledge of procurement procedures related to subcontracting of services is required on this position.
Spirit of analysis, rigor, organisation, initiative, pragmatism. Team player with ability to work collaboratively across complex project teams and interface between interdisciplinary departments and within an international team.
Fluent in English, Arabic is a plus
Professional Experience (number of years): 15 - 20
