Qualifications and Experience:  

1. Bachelor's degree in Mineral Processing, Metallurgical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a  related field. A Master's degree is a plus.  

2. Proven experience (typically 20+ years) in mineral processing fixed plant operations, with a  significant portion in a managerial or supervisory role overseeing multiple departments.  

3. Strong technical knowledge of mineral processing equipment and operations.  

4. Knowledge of quality assurance, quality control, and laboratory testing procedures related to mineral processing.  

5. Demonstrated experience in process optimization and continuous improvement initiatives.  

6. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills to manage and motivate diverse teams effectively.  

7. Sound financial acumen and experience in budgeting and cost management.  

8. Proven track record in driving a safety-first culture and ensuring compliance with safety standards.  

9. Familiarity with relevant regulatory requirements and industry best practices.

1. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.  

2. Project management skills to handle multiple projects and initiatives simultaneously.  

3. Problem-solving skills to address complex challenges and implement effective solutions.  

4. Strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills to work effectively with crossfunctional teams.  

5. Familiarity with computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS) and enterprise  resource planning (ERP) software.
