Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise construction activities, ensuring adherence to project schedule and budget.
• Manage a diverse team of skilled trades and subcontractors, fostering a culture of safety and excellence.
• Collaborate closely with Project Managers, Engineers, and other stakeholders to optimize project outcomes.
• Conduct regular site inspections, quality checks, and implement corrective actions as required.
• Provide technical expertise and problem-solving skills to address on-site challenges.

Qualifications:

• 8 to 15 years of proven experience in construction management, preferably in industrial projects.
• Strong understanding of ammonia plant construction processes and safety protocols.
• Australian work rights are mandatory for this role.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
