Airswift is seeking a Planning and Management Professional to work on a outsourced contract with a major Oil & Gas Operator.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop, report, monitor and produce critical analysis of performance indicators.
• Develop, coordinate, and follow up continuous improvement measurements.
• Coordinate routine/processes design and revisions.
• Perform data analytics, create, and distribute management reports aiming to continuously enhance quality/performance.
• Support management of internal projects.
• Coordinate customization, correction of problems/non-conformities, data mining on the ERP corporate system (SAP), and visualization of relevant info trough available tools.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Economy, Administration, or IT is mandatory.
• It is desirable a Post Graduation in Business Management, Project Management, Process Management.
• PMP (project management professional) and/or CBPP (Certified Business Process Management Professional) will be a differential.
• Previous relevant experience with Business, Processes, and Quality Management, is mandatory.
• Experience with project management is desirable.
• Advanced English
