We are currently recruiting for a Senior Electrical Engineer to join our team based in Woking, to work on an ever-growing Oil & Gas project.

Key Responsibilities and background:

• Preparation of Single Line Diagrams, Load Summaries, Schedules, Datasheets, and technical requisitions for long lead items.
• Has input to Hazardous Area Classification diagrams.
• Support the design of ECS, Electrical Equipment Layout Drawings, Cable Sizing Schedules, Cable Routing and electrical equipment location drawings.
• Provides necessary input and support to project progress and reporting.
• Support electrical package design from enquiry to installation on site.
• Participates in multi-discipline engineering design reviews and provides all necessary electrical discipline input and support to the close-out of actions.
• Ensures compatibility and compliance with client specifications and recommends cost effective improvements within the scope of client specifications and requirements.
• Ensures compliance with the client's ISO accredited QMS, and project specific procedures, guides and standard.

Critical Skills & Personal Attributes:

• Significant related experience of working for engineering/client organisations in the oil, gas, chemical, energy transition or adjacent industry.
• Extensive experience in the design of packages in both FEED and EPC environments.
• In depth knowledge of applicable international and industry specifications, standards and code.
• Experience in the use of software for electrical systems design.
• Knowledge of safety and quality procedures and best practice.
