Your responsibilities:
• Work with IT Project Managers and IT Project Functional leads / IT Business partners as the Technical Lead in rolling out Oracle Fusion
• Human Capital Management (HCM), Oracle Fusion Time and Labor (OTL) which includes and not limited to configuring Oracle HCM, OTL etc.
• Manage the Oracle Fusion HCM Platform Administration from User Access, Updates and Upgrade.
• Manage and Lead Configuration Change Management as per ITIL process.
• Responsible in setting up and maintaining Platform Integrations
• Own the Oracle HCM space and the User & Data Access Security Compliance
• Train and Support Business Functional Administrators.
• Handles all Level 2 Support for HCM and related interface directly with Oracle Support and/or Technical Consultants.
• Work with co-IT Technical leads for Cloning procedures and end-to-end system process testing.
• Own the Oracle Quarterly Update Process from sandbox testing until it reaches deployment to live with minimal impact to the operation.
• Manage and lead the importing or loading of bulk master static data, opening and historical data validated by IT Functional Leads.
Your knowledge/skills, education, and experience:
Skills Requirement and Qualification:
• 10+ Years of experience in a similar role in requirement gathering /scoping, configuring, testing, rolling out, and supporting HR Applications, 8+ years in Oracle Fusion HCM
• Should have completed at least two 4 phases full project life cycle (initiation, planning, implementation, and hypercare) with extensive experience In Oracle Fusion HCM modules (Core HR, Absence, Benefits, Talent Management, ORC, OLC, Time and Labor, Payroll modules).
• Good understanding of the Oracle ERP systems
• Experience in Project Management
• Ability to influence and negotiate at all levels of the organizations.
• Strong understanding on how the Information Technology can drive business.
• At least a degree in Engineering from a recognized University / College.
Communication:
• An excellent communicator (Written and Presentation) in English

• Teamwork & Collaboration: Pragmatic and supportive team player, helping build collaborative relationships with colleagues across Kent Group.
